Hollier Motion is a Gold Coast video production business run by Matt Hollier (ABN [ABN]). The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the enquiry form. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is never sold or shared for marketing. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, your business or brand name if you give it, your mobile number if you choose to give it (it is optional), the content you are looking for, the package you are interested in, and when you would like to shoot.

When you browse: anonymous usage statistics (which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are from, what device type) through Vercel Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not identify you.

We do not collect anything else, and we do not use tracking cookies.

To respond to your enquiry, quote your project, and if you go ahead, to deliver the work. Your mobile number is used only if you would rather be called than emailed. Usage statistics help us see which parts of the site are useful.

Enquiries are relayed by Web3Forms (a form delivery service) straight to Matt's business email, which runs on Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Vercel. Those three services process the data on our behalf; they do not use it for their own purposes.

These providers store data outside Australia (mainly in the United States). By sending an enquiry you agree to that overseas handling. We choose providers with strong security practices, but we cannot make them subject to Australian privacy law directly.

Your enquiry stays in our email for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or the work we do together. We do not run a fixed deletion schedule. Email us at hello@holliermotion.com.au and we will delete your enquiry and any details we hold about you, unless we are required to keep a record (for example, an invoice).

Email hello@holliermotion.com.au and we will tell you what we hold about you and fix anything that is wrong, normally within a few days.

The site is served over HTTPS. The enquiry form uses invisible spam protection rather than a CAPTCHA, so nothing you type is sent to a third-party verification service. Access to the business email is protected with two-factor authentication.

If you think we have handled your information badly, email hello@holliermotion.com.au first and we will sort it out directly. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If the tools we use change, this page changes with them. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
